ABOUT ME

I have been a professional pet groomer for 20+ years.  I began as a kennel keeper for a professional show groomer and handler.  I was enthralled with the whole grooming process from the beginning. I started testing out my grooming skills with the shop’s show dogs.  I learned the RIGHT way to groom a dog.  Grooming school will teach you as long as you pay them, but the course is short, and they only teach the basics.  I learned the different haircuts for many breeds to the standards of a show groomer.

 

I began grooming full time when I turned 16.  I love it and I soon found out that I had a way with very scared animals.  Then I started to notice what made them so scared. I would change things to fit the dogs’ needs and it made them more comfortable every time they would come to see me. Since then, I have been able to use my process with all my clients and can say that I have many very happy pets and owners.

 

I want to provide quality pet grooming for your four-legged family members. I think it is so sad that many people are scared to take their dogs to be groomed for fear that they will come home hurt or mentally scared. Basic grooming is something that all dogs need to stay healthy. It should not be something they dread every time you put them in the car. I love for my clients to be happy to come to see the groomer and my mission is to provide a safe, happy, and relaxed environment for your pets.
